RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, or you may choose store credit if you prefer. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of receiving your order. Returned items should be in their original condition with all accessories and packaging. Items not meeting these conditions may be rejected or refunded at a reduced amount at our discretion.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, log in to your account and select “Request Return” from your order history. Pack the item securely in its original packaging along with the return form included with your order.

A prepaid return shipping label is included with your order. If you use this label, a fixed return shipping fee of 85 SEK will be deducted from your refund. Alternatively, you may arrange your own return shipping at your own expense.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund. Please allow up to fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your refund. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

For defective or damaged products, please contact us to arrange a refund or exchange.

PLEASE NOTE

  • Returned items must be sent back in their original condition with all accessories and packaging.
  • Items showing excessive use, damage, or missing components may be rejected or refunded at a reduced amount.
  • Returned products must be packaged securely to prevent damage during shipping.
  • We are not responsible for damage caused by improper customer packaging.
  • Returns may be rejected if the item has burn marks, electrical damage, or signs of modification.
  • Returns may be rejected if the product is physically altered or missing major parts.
  • All returned items are inspected and tested before approval.
  • Refunds are issued only after verifying that the item is in acceptable condition.
