RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return it to us for a full refund, or you may choose store credit if you prefer, subject to the conditions below.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of receiving your order.

Returned items must be in new, unused, and resellable condition, with all original accessories, components, and packaging included. Items that are not in a condition that allows resale as new may be rejected or refunded at a reduced amount at our discretion.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, log in to your account and select “Request Return” from your order history. Pack the item securely in its original packaging along with the return form included with your order.

A prepaid return shipping label is included with your order. If you use this label, a fixed return shipping fee of 85 SEK will be deducted from your refund. Alternatively, you may arrange your own return shipping at your own expense.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund. Please allow up to fourteen (14) days from receipt of your item to process your refund. Refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your statement depending on your payment provider. We will notify you by email once your refund has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

For products that are defective or faulty upon delivery, please contact us to arrange a refund, replacement, or warranty claim as appropriate.

Damage occurring after delivery, including but not limited to drops, impacts, liquid exposure, misuse, modification, or operation outside stated specifications, is not considered a defect and is not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

PLEASE NOTE

  • Returned items must be in new and resellable condition, with all original packaging, accessories, and components included.
  • We may reject a return or reduce the refund if the item has been used, damaged, modified, or is not returned in a condition that allows resale as new.
  • Returns will be rejected if the item shows signs of misuse, including but not limited to drops, impacts, liquid exposure, improper handling, or other accidental damage occurring after delivery.
  • Returns will be rejected if the product shows signs of overclocking, altered settings, modified firmware, non-approved power delivery, non-approved cooling changes, tampering, soldering, or any board-level modification.
  • Returns may be rejected if the product shows electrical damage, burn marks, corrosion, or signs of operation outside stated specifications.
  • Items with missing parts, damaged packaging, or incomplete accessories may be rejected or refunded at a reduced amount.
  • If a returned item shows handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and function, or is returned with damage, wear, missing parts, damaged packaging, or any condition that prevents resale as new, we may reduce the refund to reflect the diminished value of the item.
  • Returned products must be packaged securely to prevent damage during shipping. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper packaging by the customer.
  • All returned items are inspected and tested before approval. Visible signs of impact, liquid exposure, tampering, modification, corrosion, burn marks, soldering, or board-level changes may be used as evidence when determining eligibility for return.
  • Refunds are issued only after verification that the item meets the return conditions stated in this policy.
