Replacement Fuses

These surface mount fuses are suitable for the NerdQaxe++ and Octaxe, whether you need a direct replacement, a spare for future maintenance, or a different fuse rating for testing and tuning.

Different fuse ratings can affect how much current the board is able to draw. In practice, a higher rated fuse may allow higher overclocks, but it also increases risk. Heat, power draw, instability, and component stress all go up as you push the hardware further.

Important: Overclocking and fuse changes are done entirely at the user's own responsibility.

Warning: Higher rated fuses may allow higher overclocks, but they also reduce the protection margin of the board. This can increase the chance of overheating, instability, power related failures, or permanent hardware damage.

Warranty policy:

• For the NerdQaxe++, any fuse above 8A voids warranty.
• For the Octaxe, 15A is considered safe.
